Lee Riley

Owner

Lee Riley is the Owner, Salesman, Estimator, Marketing Manager and Customer Service Representative. Lee studied Art and Architecture at the University of Missouri-Columbia. His education and on the job experience allows him to assist our clients in design and layout through all phases of construction. Lee created model homes and buildings to scale as part of his course curriculum. This was to understand the different elements of construction. Lee’s studies consisted of design, layout, spatial organization, textures, colors, etc.

Kimberly Riley

Director of Operations

Kimberly Riley is our Human Resources Manager, Marketing Assistant, Accounts Payable and Receivables Manager. She has a Bachelors degree in English and 8 years office experience. She enjoys Human Resources Manager tasks most.

Lita Chambers

Office Manager

Lita Chambers is our Office Manager and Accounting Assistant. Lita worked in California for 20 years with project managers for a company that does building restoration. Lita is a wonderful office liaison for our field crew.

Doug Strodtman

Production Manager

Doug Strodtman is our Production Manager. We are blessed to have him on our crew. Doug has a wealth of construction experience and has been with us for 3 years.

Russ Hardaway

Crew Leader

Russ Hardaway is our crew leader. He graduated from a local high school with concentration on construction for his diploma. We have been proud to have him on our crew for more than a year and look forward to the places he can take us!
